Completed works included oversight of integrity assessment and rehabilitation of the groundwater monitoring network, installation of new groundwater monitoring wells, installation of new groundwater recovery wells, pumping and treatment trials, development of remediation system conceptual design, modelling and monitoring, and oversight and reporting on site-based infrastructure and operational improvements.

Investigation was in accordance with Environmental Evaluation Notice issued by the Department of Environment & Science, and incorporated review and collation of over 30 years of environmental investigation data addressing a broad range of contaminants, repair of groundwater monitoring network, installation of new groundwater monitoring wells, collection of soil, sediment, surface water and groundwater and reporting in accordance with the requirements of the National Environmental Protection (Contaminated Land) Measure.
